I have been fortunate enough to have been working in the hairdressing industry for the past 15 years. I had previously managed a salon in Bondi and at the time I just had my third child. At that stage, working for me was easy, so rather than staying home with my children, I went straight back into work once my baby was 3 weeks old. Similarly, I also did this with my second child, so I felt it was second nature to me. Fortunately for me, I am blessed with a very supportive partner who loves nothing more than our children and our family, and is also very supportive of my passion for hairdressing. Over time it began to occur to me that I was giving too much to my employer and staff and not enough to my family. This was a turning point for me, therefore I decided to establish my own business for the future of our children. On the 14th December 2017, I launched my new business, which has been successful since. I am still learning the ropes around technology and social media, but I will do absolutely whatever it takes to make it happen, because I know all it takes is 'Passion'.
